 Warranty Information

Each Almost Heaven Sauna comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty* against manufacturing defects on the sauna room. We will replace any component of the sauna room that fails due to a manufacturing defect at the Shipping cost in accordance with our Limited Warranty. The Heater Warranty will cover damaged heating elements for 1 year, and the other components for 5 years. 

*Note: the Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rot, discoloration, minor splintering in lumber, etc.

Shipping information

All products are ordered directly from our US based suppliers. We confirm stock and estimated delivery time after your order is placed and will contact you promptly if there are any delays or backorders.

Large items like saunas, adjustable beds, and massage chairs ship by freight carrier with curbside delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information, and the carrier will schedule a delivery window with you.
