Refunds and returns for large wellness products
Many of the items we sell, including saunas, adjustable beds, and massage chairs, are large, heavy products that ship by freight carrier. Because of the size and cost of shipping and restocking, our return policy is more limited than it would be for small parcel items.
Return window
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
– Unused and in like-new condition
– Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and hardware
– Free of odors, stains, or damage
Products that have been used, assembled incorrectly, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to additional fees.
Restocking fees and return freight
For most large items, a restocking fee and return freight charges will be deducted from your refund. Exact amounts vary by manufacturer and will be confirmed with you before a return is authorized. We do not refund original shipping charges once an item has shipped.
Non-returnable items
Certain items are final sale and not returnable unless there is shipping damage or a confirmed defect. These include, but may not be limited to:
– Custom-built or special-order products
– Items marked as “final sale” on the product page
– Products that have been installed or hard-wired
Order cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before the product enters processing or production. Once an order has shipped or a custom order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible or may be treated as a return subject to fees.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you and the manufacturer to arrange replacement parts, repair, or a replacement unit according to the manufacturer’s policy.
How refunds are issued
When a return is approved and the product has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking and freight fees. Processing times vary by payment provider.
