Where we ship
At this time, Serene Home Living ships most products within the continental United States. Some products may not be available in all states due to freight or manufacturer restrictions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible after you place your order.

Processing times
Order processing and preparation times vary by product and manufacturer. Many in-stock items ship within 3–10 business days, while custom or made-to-order items may take longer. Estimated lead times are listed on the product page whenever possible.

Freight delivery for large items
Saunas, adjustable beds, massage chairs, and other large or heavy items typically ship by freight carrier. Standard freight service is curbside delivery, which means the driver will bring the shipment to the end of your driveway or as close as the truck can safely reach.

Please plan to have one or more adults present at the scheduled delivery time to help move the product into your home and to inspect the packaging.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. For some oversized products, we may contact you with a custom freight quote if additional charges apply based on your location or access.

Delivery appointments and missed deliveries
Freight carriers usually contact you to schedule a delivery window. Missed appointments may result in redelivery fees charged by the carrier. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspecting your shipment
Please inspect the packaging and product as soon as possible after delivery. If there is visible damage, note it with the driver before signing and take photos of the packaging and product. Contact us promptly with details so we can assist with a damage claim or replacement according to the manufacturer’s policy.

PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses
We cannot ship large freight items to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
