How to request a price match
Email us within 30 days of your order with:

A link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price

A screenshot of the offer showing date, item, and any shipping or mandatory fees
We will review the request and, if it meets the criteria below, issue a partial refund of the price difference to your original payment method.
If we reduce the price of the same item on our own website within 30 days of your purchase, you can also contact us to request a one‑time adjustment.
What must be true for a match
All of the following must be met:

Identical item - same brand, model, configuration, and condition, new and not open‑box

In stock and available to ship to your address at the time of review

Authorized US retailer; not an auction, marketplace seller, or discounting site

All costs included - item price plus shipping or mandatory fees shown on the competitor page
We may ask for additional documentation to verify the offer.

No price match for:

Membership or club prices that require paid membership to view or use

Clearance, closeout, refurbished, used, or open‑box items

Flash sales, rebates, coupon codes, buy‑one‑get‑one offers, or other limited‑time promotions

Pricing from unauthorized sellers or any offer that violates manufacturer policies

Exchange orders or warranty replacement orders
We reserve the right to decline a request that does not meet these conditions or cannot be verified.
