How does shipping work for large items like saunas and massage chairs?
Large items usually ship by freight carrier. Once your order is ready to leave the warehouse you will receive tracking information, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Standard freight delivery typically includes curbside drop off. This means the driver brings the product to the end of your driveway or as close as the truck can safely reach.
Do you offer white glove delivery or in home setup?
Some brands offer upgraded delivery options such as in home placement or basic assembly. If a white glove service is available for a product, you will see that option described on the product page or at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you see visible damage to the box at delivery, please note it on the carrier paperwork and take photos before opening. Then open the package as soon as you can and check the product.
If the product itself is damaged, take clear photos of both the packaging and the item and contact us right away. We will work with you and the supplier to arrange a repair, replacement, or other solution according to the warranty and shipping policy.
